Industry Member Information

As one of the focal points for people interested in Asian media and pop culture, Pacific Media Expo welcomes members of the media industry to participate in our convention. Industry professionals are encouraged to apply for a complimentary pass to the convention.

To apply, please submit an online Industry Pass Registration form. You will be shown a registration receipt page containing a unique web registration code. To authenticate your credentials, please send us your company business card and a printout of your registration receipt page (or at least something with your web registration code on it) to:

Panels and Workshops

PMX depends on you, our presenters, to make the Live Programming events happen. To see what people are thinking about, join the discussion in our Event and Panel Programming Forum. This forum is open to the public, and we encourage everyone to share their ideas.

If you would like to host a panel or workshop and wish to reserve a slot in our programming schedule, please submit an online Panel Request Registration form. Our Live Programming Staff will contact you to discuss your proposal and how it might fit into our overall programming objectives. For a detailed description of the application process, click here.

Program Guide Ad Rates

The Pacific Media Expo (PMX) Program Guide is a 40 page booklet given to all PMX attendees. This year's guide will be jointly developed by Pacific Media Expo and Viz Media. The Program Guides will be distributed to attendees during registration and badge pick-up. It will contain a convention overview, programming information, exhibitor information and information on our Guests of Honor and Music Guests. Click here for information on how to purchase an ad.

Sponsorship

Pacific Media Expo has sponsorships available for companies who want to promote themselves at the largest Asian media and pop culture show in the country!

Sponsorships are created through donations of either goods and/or services or by paying to sponsor specific events or items. All donations are aggregated to determine the final level of sponsorship that a company qualifies for.
